Job: Senior Flashificator at Neoganda

May 29, 2008

Check out this cool offer from Neoganda in trendy LA.

Can you produce cutting edge Flash without pushing any buttons?

YOU: You’re big on talent, but you’ve managed to keep your ego from getting super-sized. And with your easygoing nature, when you’re on the team, work become less work-like. And more fun-like. With experience, your portfolio proclaims proficiency in all aspects of motion and design. Combining technical expertise with the passion to push past boundaries, you inspire and improve the work of others, proving it’s possible to raise the bar without making people feel they’ve been hit with it. Professionalism. Diplomacy. Holy crap. When exactly did you become a grownup?

AS SENIOR FLASHIFICATOR: You’ll be responsible for everything from clean coding to creative concepting to client interaction, and probably several other things that also begin with “c.” The ability to provide accurate time estimates and proactively identify issues is mandatory, as is an understanding of site integration. We expect you’re on top of the latest technologies and further expect fluency in both AS 2 and 3. And since you’ll be duly rewarded, we also expect you’ll pick up the check every now and again. (The Beverly Center is just up the street.)

US: We’re Neoganda. From web sites to ads to complete online marketing campaigns, if it’s digital, we do it. Exceedingly, obsessively well. And because the world’s leading brands rely on us to deliver innovative solutions, measurable impact and bottom line results, we aren’t going to work shoulder to shoulder with just anyone. We’re a tight-knit group of people who enjoy surrounding ourselves with other dynamic people, and we’ve been creating moving experiences in the interactive space for years now. If you’re that rare breed of developer who’s all about the Flash and not even a little about the pan, we think you’ll find a happy home here. Check out our site, drop us a line, send us a link.
